I don't know what is wrong with me, but there are times where I'll check my e-mail before I head to bed and then end up staying awake all night for no reason whats so ever.
It is currently 6:00 am, the sun has already risen, and I've been up all night catching up on trailers from apple.com, something I could have done during the day after a good nights rest.
Today was trailers but the next time might be photograph and the next might be blogs. I can't believe some of the things I stay up for. Really wish i would go to bed when I do because then I wouldn't be tired and hungry. Also when I finally end up going to bed, I'll probably sleep until 3:00 or 4:00pm wasting precious daylight.
I don't do it every night, but it does happen enough times for me to be concern about it.
